Welcome to Kaushal Caterers. Kindly review the following terms and conditions related to our catering services and event bookings

• We can accommodate approximately 10–12% additional guests over the guaranteed guest count.
• Any guests exceeding the guaranteed number will be charged on an actual basis.
• Any additional services requested during the event will be charged separately as applicable.

• A token booking amount (approximately 10%) is required at the time of confirmation.
• An advance payment of 80% must be completed at least one month prior to the event date.
• The remaining balance payment should be cleared within one week after the event.

• All applicable government taxes shall be borne by the host/client.

• Tables, buffet frills, and canopies required for buffet and kitchen setup should be arranged by the decorator or host.
• If buffet frills or canopies are arranged by Kaushal Caterers, additional charges will apply.
• Required electrical points for kitchen and buffet operations must be provided by the decorator or host.
• Adequate water supply for kitchen usage and washing purposes must be arranged by the host.
• Utensil rental charges, wherever applicable, shall be borne by the host.
• All venue-related royalties, rental charges, permissions, and security deposits shall be managed by the host.
• Cleaning, waste disposal, and sewage charges including kitchen cleaning shall be borne by the host.

• Tentative final guest count is required at least 10 days prior to the event date.
• Final menu selection and event details should be confirmed at least 2 weeks before the event.
